The service
8Baller is a free online pool game provided for entertainment. We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and we do not promise the service will always be available or error free. Multiplayer, accounts and leaderboards are planned and are not part of the service yet.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation in multiplayer, interfere with the service, or try to access systems you are not meant to. The server decides the result of every online match. We may remove results, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
Your content and conduct
When chat and profiles exist, you are responsible for what you post and must follow the community rules. You give us permission to display it as part of the service.
Intellectual property
The 8Baller name, logo, game and site are ours or used with permission. You may play the game for personal use. Please do not copy or resell it.
No gambling
8Baller is a game of skill with no real-money play, wagering or prizes.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect loss, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you keep any rights you have to use your local courts.
